A little bit about me!
Hi! I’m Sabrina! I’m a total travel junkie and I LOVE being outdoors, especially in the forest/mountains! Nothing feels more peaceful than escaping to the woods and cozying up in a little cabin away from city life for a while.
I’ve been to 23 countries, studied abroad in New Zealand, and traveled all around Southeast Asia for 6 weeks drinking mango smoothies every day and exploring some epic and remote destinations. Travel runs in my blood and I’m always planning my next adventure. My dream is to renovate an old Airstream and travel around the country for months at a time!
When I’m not trekking around the world, I’m snuggling at home with my two fur babies (proud cat mama over here!) and binge-watching How I Met Your Mother for the 100th time.
Exploring this amazing world with my fellow adventure-seekers makes me feel alive so no matter what your dream day looks like I can’t wait to craft and document your adventure!

Let’s get this straight– your elopement day is more than just a multiple hour photoshoot and I am more than just a photographer showing up to snap some photos. From the moment you reach out I will start getting to know you as a couple and learn about your vision for your day.
I will be your go-to girl for everything while you’re dreaming up your day– from personalized location suggestions, vendor recommendations, lodging ideas, logistics planning, timeline prep, and more. Once we make sure you have everything to bring your dream day to life, I’ll be there every step of the way to adventure along on your day and capture your sacred moments. From helping you carry your dress to showing you how to pack your bouquet, I’ll be the extra hand you need to make sure everything runs smoothly. Then I’ll capture your day as it really happened– getting up at 3am to watch the sunrise, throwing on your dress in the middle of the woods, saying your vows to each other, your epic first moments as a married couple on top of a mountain or in a magical forest, and all of the adventure that comes along with it!
why i love elopements
Elopements are weddings in the most genuine form. Take a traditional wedding and strip back all of the extra stuff– the big venue, giant guest list, seating charts, and everyone's opinions about everything, and you get what really matters to begin with– committing to each other for the rest of your lives. I love the simplicity and genuinity of elopements. Just two people who like to do things a little differently regardless of the status quo. Couples who decide to ditch the traditional route and go on their own epic adventure instead inspire the heck out of me and I connect with those kinds of free-spirited people the most!
Every single couple I get to photograph (including you hopefully!) drives my passion for elopements even more. Getting to explore amazing destinations with couples who choose their own adventure and unique story over what everybody else thinks brings me so much joy! The excitment people feel when they embark on an epic adventure together is so infectious and something I will never get tired of.

Why would I want full day coverage?
Your elopement day is not a photoshoot where I force you to pose awkwardly in front of the camera. Will I guide you to make sure you look bomb in the photos? OF COURSE! But I’m all about capturing the essence of who you truly are and documenting moments as they happen naturally.
Having looked through my work, you’ve probably seen a lot of the happy, exciting, and raw moments I’ve captured. All of these moments and emotions happen on their own when people feel comfortable in front of the camera so I will be there to make sure you feel totally chill and relaxed so you can be your true selves. Trust me, the camera isn’t as intimidating as you think it is and the 5’1″ girl behind it certainly is not 😉
Capturing all of your candid moments is not something you can force– and you deserve to have your entire day documented in the most honest and genuine way. This is why I don’t offer quick ‘just a few photos’ elopements– you deserve more than that! You deserve to look back on your day from start to finish and relive every little moment in between.

I’ll come along for your entire elopement adventure and document with 6-8 hours of coverage plus an adventure session the day before or after your elopement. This is perfect if you want to explore multiple locations and prefer to split up your adventure instead of packing it all into one day. This is also great if you’re having an intimate reception the night before and want it documented!

I’ll come along for your entire elopement day and document with up to 12 hours of coverage. This is enough time to catch the sunrise in one location and watch the sunset in a different location, with plenty of time for exploring throughout the day and breaks in between to grab a bite or rest/nap before our sunset adventure. Not all locations work well for both sunrise and sunset so I’ll guide you on what works best depending on your location!

WHAT IS A GIF VIDEO?
WHAT YOU'LL GET
GIF VIDEO VS. TRADITIONAL WEDDING FILM
A GIF video includes a combination of GIF's (moving photos) created from images taken throughout the day and still images. The video also includes high-quality audio recording of your vows, as well as music such as what you would see in a traditional wedding film.
On average, I make 20-30 GIF's to include in the video. Each GIF is made from 10-30 photos, so altogether it requires me to take and edit an additional 200-900 photos.
You do not need to add any additional coverage on the day of, but it usually takes me an extra 3-4 weeks to create the final GIF video on top of editing your gallery. Once I make each GIF individually, I will compile them into a video and include your vow recordings along with music that helps tell the story of your epic adventure!

HOW MUCH DO YOU HELP WITH PLANNING?
I love helping couples plan and dream up their day! I have a custom planning portal that I set up to be specific to your day and location with vendor recommendations, lodging suggestions, location ideas, tips for activities to include in your day, travel logistics, and more! I don't book vendors or travel for you, but I can certainly give you some useful guidance! If you're looking for something more intricate such as a ceremony alter and floral arrangements or a custom tablescape set up for dinner I can recommend some elopement planners! If you're having an adventurous wedding or elopement with a larger group of people, I recommend working with an experienced wedding planner so that they can help you find a location that can accommodate a large group of people, help you apply for all the necessary permits you'll need to hold a wedding and even help you set up a custom dinner for you and your guests. This way everything on your big day will be totally taken care of and you can enjoy spending time with all your guests!

I'M NOT SURE WHERE I WANT TO GET MARRIED BUT I KNOW I WANT SOMEWHERE EPIC- CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A LOCATION?
Absolutely! This is my favorite part about my job! I've spent countless hours scouting epic hidden spots, digging through google maps and researching the best spots for your intimate ceremony! Most of my couples don't even have a specific spot picked out so once you book me I'm happy to send you tons of location ideas and help you find the perfect spot for you guys! I like to encourage my couples to consider choosing a place that's meaningful to them instead of the most popular tourist attractions. Picking a more secluded spot keeps your day much more intimate and hitting up a hidden gem can be so much more fun than saying your vows in front of a million tourists. Don't worry though, I have countless secret locations to pick from if you're totally lost on finding an intimate location!

WHAT IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO THE PLACE WE WANT TO GET MARRIED- CAN YOU STILL HELP US FIND A LOCATION?
Yes! I'm a super experienced traveler and I've been to over 23 countries so I'm totally used to planning trips to new places all over the world. I have a bunch of go-to resources I like to use to location scout in places I haven't been, including a 3D map to tour trails on off-road terrain so we can see exactly what the area looks like without even having been there! I'm also a part of some amazing networks with wedding vendors all over the world so I can totally help you find all the local vendors you need such as hair & makeup, florals, officiants, private chef, etc.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
For engagements and couples sessions I deliver photos within 4 weeks. For weddings and elopements, you'll receive your photos within 8-10 weeks with some sneak peeks along the way! These will be the only memories you have to look back on your day for the rest of your lives, so I like to take my time and make sure I deliver a gallery you'll love for years to come! That being said, I always try to underpromise and overdeliver to get your photos to you as soon as they've been perfected and topped with a cherry!

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU USUALLY DELIVER?
Since the number of photos can vary depending on locations, activities involved, day-of timeline, etc., I don't give an exact number but I typically deliver 30-50 photos per hour booked. I normally shoot thousands of photos and then go through and pick the very best ones to edit and deliver to you. Don't worry, I'm very generous when I go through and pick and I promise not to leave any of the good ones out!

ARE WE ALLOWED TO PRINT OUR PHOTOS?
Absolutely! I give you the right to print, share and use your photos for personal use. You can also order prints directly from your online gallery and I have an amazing print shop I use when you order from there! All of my couples also receive 15% off prints for the first 2 weeks after their gallery is delivered!
